This is a vintage with plenty of structure, and things remain a little closed even at 7 years old. Give it time to unroll the blackberry and bilberry fruits, and enjoy the oyster shell salinity on the mouthwatering finish, together with a curl of crayon, woodsmoke and soy that add length and an umami touch.
