Champagne Barons de Rothschild Collection Rosé Champagne AOC 2013

I am always a fan of the restraint of this rosé, and once again it is not trying too hard to focus on the raspberry and redcurrant fruit. You’ll find fruit here, but the expression is closer to raspberry pips, and gentle saffran spices, along with gunsmoke, graphite and rose petal. Delicate, savoury, enjoyable.
