Richly textured, pink grapefruit, citrus, salty ocean tang, lingering finish, salty cracker. Feels silky and deeply textured, great quality, white fruits, ripe spiced quince and pear. A hot vintage means you’ll find less Sauvignon Blanc thiols on display, in their place a soft and a lingering grip on the finish. 100% fermented and aged in barrels, 30% new oak, along with larger 320- and 600- litre tonneaux and cigar shaped casks.
